Shipping Policy

DermalAestheticshop offers worldwide shipping. Please, be informed that the Customer bears the responsibility for compliance with the laws of the receiving country.

The shipping price is 40€. DermalAestheticshop offers free shipping on all orders with a total of 600€ or more. Most of the orders will be shipped from Europe, but we reserve the right to perform shipping from any country if it complies with all the laws and regulations.

We at DermalAestheticshop take all the necessary precautions to comply with the required thermal conditions for products that require special storage. Special thermal packaging will be used for such products to keep the product in the range of the required temperature for up to 14 days.

The tracking number will be provided as soon as the order will be shipped, usually on the next business day.

DELIVERY POLICY

The approximate shipping time is 3-5 business days. The time of delivery may vary depending on the region the Customer is located in, so we recommend to contact us for more info. DermalAestheticshop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure.

The product is being shipped on the next day after an order was placed by the Customer during business days. We at DermalAestheticshop reserve the right to delay the dispatch of the Customers order if we require additional information to complete it. We at DermalAestheticshop reserve the right to delay the dispatch of your order due to the following reasons: a high volume of orders, carrier limits, customs handling.

The customer can cancel his order at DermalAestheticshop only on the same day the order was placed by calling one of our sales representatives or by the same communication channel the order was placed. The shipment cannot be canceled or reversed after business hours of the same day your order was placed.

We at DermalAestheticshop use different shipping companies. The carrier that will be chosen to ship your order will be determined by the warehouse.  We at DermalAestheticshop will do our best to satisfy the Customers needs and provide the carrier the Customer requested, but we reserve the right to use the carrier that is available or best to perform the shipment.
